The scaling is either by this factor, or by 10. On another part I converted, edited, and exported, I had to use a scale I calculated of 39.9% in my 3D Printing slicer in order to obtain the correct size. Seems to have retained the incorrect scale, however I lost the circular geometry, so I had to measure face to face. Now, measuring the mesh converted into a base part: Mesh to Single Nurbs from Resurf converts a mesh model to one single NURBS but only for not-too-complex surfaces of course. This seems to be a factor of 10, which is fine, but inconvenient. If anything, closer to 19.7mm (measuring the 3D printed part from this, in which there is no scaling issues on my slicer. The inner diameter is not supposed to be 19.7cm (I tried inches and mm too). Furthermore, I used the Mesh Enabler plugin to convert the mesh into a base part and the scaling remains wrong, if not worse. I open them as you would any other file, and no matter what units I choose in the Options when opening, the mesh generated is off by some weird factor.
